Thinking Local in a Global World
Status: First draft oriented towards my prior blog, could polish to get out there if I can find a place. Or pursue a longer, fleshed out version with some better info to back up the claims.

Description: A piece on how we can maintain thinking on both local and global levels and how these trends are manifesting in the world

The Middle East is the History of Humanity
Status: Barely fleshed out idea, need a lot more research which I may be incapable of doing.

Status: Second Draft, Historically pretty decently fleshed out I think, but more could be done in application

Description: A historical account of the crusader mentality and how that is evident in our society

Fairness for All = Bureaucratic Mess + Loss of Freedom
Status: Final draft, planned to publish in Daily Gamecock but never did, now it is somewhat dated. Would like to pursue the basic idea for a longer piece

Description: An opinion piece commenting briefly on how the concept of fairness isn’t so good.

Description: Why are people emo? A defense of the movement towards this new concept of “emo” as a way of looking at the world.
